YPNV Second Lease of Life to the Marine Animals

On the auspicious day of Buddha Amitabha and in conjunction with the Ullambana – Yulan festival (19 August 2024), YPNV and a group of dedicated sponsors, volunteers, students, and participants have fulfilled the meritorious act of giving a second lease of life to the marine animals. Led by our resident lama, Khenpo Ugyen Wangchuk and five other lamas, we have released numerous containers of fishes and performed a Riwo Sangcho puja at the fish farm to benefit all the sentient beings in that area.

May the accumulated merits be dedicated to both the living and deceased and for the serenity and stability of our beautiful mother Earth.
